Any enrolled member of the Wilton Rancheria Tribe who is at least 18 years of age on the date of the General Election has the right to vote. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact the Election Commission directly before election day.
Only eligible voters will be admitted to the General Election. Please be prepared with the following before you arrive:
Valid photo identification is required for entry. Please make sure you have yours ready before arriving at the polling location.
If you require assistance voting, you may register a voting assistant during the registration process. Please plan ahead so your assistant is registered before election day
Absentee and accommodation ballots are available to eligible voters who need them — but you must request yours before the deadline. Do not wait. If you believe you will need an absentee or accommodation ballot, contact the Election Commission as soon as possible to make your request.
A livestream option may be provided for eligible voters who are unable to attend in person. Details will be shared in the final official election notice. Stay tuned for that announcement and make sure you are connected to official tribal communications so you do not miss it.
Out of respect for the voting process, please make childcare arrangements before arriving. Children are not permitted at the polling location on election day.
If you have any questions or concerns about voter eligibility, ballots, registration, or the election process, please reach out to the Election Commission directly. They are your official resource for all election-related matters.
